Accessibility for Everyone

We strive to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with disabilities and more usable for everyone.

Accessibility is an ongoing effort at CentrixIQ. We regularly review our site against WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria and remediate any issues found. Our development team follows accessibility best practices as a core part of our design and engineering process, not as an afterthought.

Accessibility Features

The following accessibility features are currently implemented across centrixiq.com.

Semantic HTML

Proper use of HTML5 semantic elements and ARIA landmarks including header, nav, main, and footer regions for reliable screen reader navigation.

Skip Navigation

A skip-to-content link is provided at the top of every page, allowing keyboard users to bypass repetitive navigation and jump directly to the main content.

ARIA Labels

Interactive elements such as buttons, links, and form controls include descriptive ARIA labels to provide context for assistive technology users.

Image Alt Text

All images include descriptive alternative text with 100% coverage, ensuring that visual content is accessible to users who rely on screen readers.

Keyboard Navigation

All interactive elements and page functionality are fully operable via keyboard. Visible focus indicators help users track their position on the page.

Heading Hierarchy

Pages follow a logical heading structure (H1 through H6) without skipping levels, enabling screen reader users to navigate and understand content organization.

Designed for All Users

Beyond structural accessibility, we build with user preferences and comfort in mind.

  • Dark mode with system preference detection via prefers-color-scheme
  • Touch-friendly targets with a minimum size of 44x44 pixels
  • Reduced motion support honoring prefers-reduced-motion
  • Form inputs with properly associated labels
  • Sufficient color contrast ratios throughout
  • Responsive layout adapting to all screen sizes

Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts to ensure the accessibility of centrixiq.com, there may be some limitations. We recognize that accessibility is not a one-time project but an ongoing practice. Below is a summary of known limitations:

  • Third-party content: Some embedded third-party content (such as analytics widgets or external integrations) may not fully meet accessibility standards. We work with vendors to improve this where possible.
  • Legacy PDF documents: Older PDF documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate or replace these with accessible alternatives.
  • Continuous improvement: We conduct regular accessibility audits and are committed to ongoing remediation as standards and best practices evolve.

If you encounter content that is not yet accessible, please let us know so we can prioritize a fix.
