Data flows one way, from Business Central into CentrixIQ. The connector never writes back and never posts, ships, receives, invoices or cancels a document.

Keeps Business Central your system of record

Numbers, names, addresses, quantities and totals stay owned by Business Central and are locked in CentrixIQ. Pipeline, tiers, broker and retailer relationships and notes stay yours to edit.

Sees what your administrator allows

It signs in as its own Microsoft Entra application, never as a person. Your Business Central administrator assigns its permission sets, and it cannot be given SUPER.

Stays current on a schedule

A first load brings in your history. After that the connector picks up what changed and runs a full comparison every day, so nothing slips through.

Handles your records with care

When a match is unclear, the record waits for a person and no silent duplicate is created. A document and its lines arrive together or not at all. The general ledger, payments, bank accounts, tax identifiers and payroll are left alone.
