As 2025 wraps up, we wanted to take a moment to look back at what we've built, what we've learned, and where we're headed. It's been a big year for CentrixIQ, and we owe a lot of it to the people who believed in us early.

CentrixIQ 2025 year in review highlights

From launch to traction

We kicked off the year by launching CentrixIQ in February. The platform was functional and focused, but honestly, it was just the foundation. What followed was ten months of building, iterating, and listening closely to the teams using it every day.

The feedback from our early customers shaped nearly every product decision we made this year. We didn't build in a vacuum. We built alongside the people who needed it most.

The big milestones

  • June: Launched the iOS app for retail execution, bringing CentrixIQ to field teams
  • July: Shipped the connector library with QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, and more
  • October: Introduced B2B Portal support for manufacturer-to-buyer collaboration
  • Achieved SOC 2 Type I compliance
  • Platform uptime of 99.95% across the year

What we learned

The biggest lesson from 2025 is that CPG manufacturers want fewer tools, not more. Every conversation we had reinforced the same idea: teams are tired of juggling five different platforms to do their jobs. They want one place that handles the work without getting in the way.

That's what we're building. And every feature we shipped this year moved us closer to that vision.

Thank you to our early adopters

We don't take it lightly when a team trusts a new platform with their data and their workflows. Our early adopters took a bet on us, gave us honest feedback (sometimes painfully honest), and helped us build something that actually works in the real world. This platform is better because of them.

Looking ahead to 2026

We're heading into 2026 with momentum and a roadmap that we're genuinely excited about. More connectors, deeper analytics, expanded mobile capabilities, and some things we're not ready to announce yet. It's going to be a good year.
